Ali Numairi, 50, was working as a goat herd, when he was injured by cluster munitions left over from the Isreali-Lebanese conflict in 2006. He has schrapnel injuries to his lower limbs and can only walk with crutches. He lives with his two sisters and can no longer provide for them.
