A woman sits and dresses her son who is mentally ill on his bed in a secure ward at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, Delhi, India. Parents and spouses are encouraged to come and stay on the ward to offer help and stability.The department of Psychaitry is led by Dr Nimesh Desai, who leads a revolutionary street clinic for the mentally ill homeless. He is licensed to administer anti-psychotic drugs on the street, but those patients that require hospitalisation come to this clinic.
