Boys from the CAW centre, Freetown being treated for drug addiction. Most boys that have fought within Sierra Leone had gunpowder added to their food.before battle to make them ?wild?. Most were forcibly hooked on marijuana.(smoked to excess) to make them less afraid. Some were given large amounts.of ? bubbles? (amphetamines like speed) to make them fight for long periods...Here the boys are ending a process of ?cold turkey? ? coming off all drugs,.locked in an old barracks..Freetown, Sierra Leone, May 1997
